Steve is responsible for leadership and management of the sales team and our supplier relationships. Steve has over 30 years of experience in sales, business development, strategic planning, sales leadership in both large and start-up environments.
With years of legit, real world experience in retail marketing, supplier relationships, international market development, growing businesses and closing deals, Steve only wishes his golf game was as good as his ability to deliver results-driven, scalable solutions for his clients. Having been a volunteer judo coach for many years – yes, an actual Sensei – Martyn knows a thing or two about discipline. And it’s that discipline that pays dividends when it comes to leading flawless project execution across EMEA from our London, U.K. office. With nearly three decades in the digital technology arena, Martyn’s technical knowledge and consultant-like approach will benefit your brand greatly.
With her dual degrees in International Marketing and Business Management, Marina is the GSL operational mastermind. From facilitating an emergency, overnight install; to leading all our marketing efforts; to client management that’s unmatched in the industry, Marina is at the center of much of our work.
With a four-year stint at Microsoft’s eHome Division and nearly 13 years in strategic, technology and management positions at Hertz Corporation, Walter values collaboration. Whether he’s leading our technology and innovation efforts, thinking through complex challenges with our clients or pushing the development of our cloud-based software solution, Walter knows success for GSL clients only comes when we’re all executing from the same playbook.
Overseeing our finance, accounting, purchasing and HR operations, to say that Alexa has a full schedule at GSL would be a bit of an understatement. But, given her expertise in areas such as cost accounting, financial reporting, international finance, and mergers and acquisitions, she’s more than qualified to keep us running smoothly.
Jake is a born and raised Jersey boy, proud father and husband. Most of his professional career was spent in banking where he spent over a decade working in customer facing roles and managing at multiple locations. Jake claims that as soon as he met the great team at GSL and the mission they’re on as a company, he couldn’t wait to make the jump into a whole new career path. When he’s not hard at work most of his time spent is with family and making sure they never miss a Devils game!. Jake loves going on adventures so is always looking for suggestions on something new to see or do!
Helen has a passion for excellent customer service formed by a degree in Sociology and bolstered by a background of support within the information technology services industry. Her skillset ensures clients receive prompt, reliable, advice and guidance with a personal touch. At home with the family Helen is also raising a drift of pigs… whatever you do, don’t ask her what happens when they reach full size!
Working in the service and support sector for over a decade, Stephen has built and led teams that specialize in the whole portfolio of consumer engagement technology solutions.
Stephen oversees our ticketing and NOC platform and boasts shockingly impressive customer response times and service levels. Its no wonder that our customers love Stephen, and they enjoy sleeping easy at night knowing that Stephen and his team are looking after their technology.
Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife and son – going to vineyards and anything involving his ever growing love of wine and the wine industry.
Bridget enthusiastically joined GSL from a print/digital media background with both sales and client support experience. Her attention to detail, affinity for relationship building, and overall love of things client-centric make her a natural fit for the GSL way of life. When she’s not helping her team members with the best solutions for her clients, Bridget enjoys (rock) concerts, her children’s sports, boxing and the gym, and her crazy family, including her 155lb rescue dog, Griswold and two rescue cats, Maggie and Rex.
I’m Edge, a Service Desk Technician with over nine years of experience in customer-facing tech roles. I am the go-to guy for finding solutions to technical problems and keeping things running smoothly. When I’m not working, you can find me pursuing my hobbies. I love heading to the bowling alley to perfect my form and to score another strike. I’m always excited to continue to explore new places and cultures.
